Host a Student

Hosting opportunities are available for US families throughout the year on an ungoing basis. Hosts may share their home for lengths of time ranging from 2-3 weeks, a school semester, up to an full academic school year. Generally Host families are VOLUNTEERS who wish to engage and share in a cross cultural Adventure with students from France, Spain, Germany, Japan, China, or other foreign nations.

Host Families need only provide room, board, and a loving family environment. Many of our host families have developed life enriching friendships with students which continue well after the student's return to their home countries. If you are interesting in Hosting, and believe you are able to provide an enriching home experience but require financial assistance for student boarding, please let us know your expectations/financial desires.

If you are interested in experiencing a unique and enriching cultural experience by serving as a Host Family please download the application form below or fill it out online  and have the following information ready:

  1. Your name.
  2. Address & contact phone number.
  3. Names, relation, & ages of all family members residing within household.
  4. Family interests & hobbies.
  5. Countries, cultures, & languages of interest.
  6. Desired Hosting timeline? Any time constraints?

Once you have completed this form online, please fax or send it to Adventure Homestays, either by mail or fax.
